You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application. To qualify for this position your resume must demonstrate one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 grade level in the Federal service which includes: 1) providing oversight and guidance to a group of employees, 2) implementing corrective action for any discovered deficiencies, 3) participating in customer programming decisions affecting long and short term courses of action for assigned projects and 4) identifying training requirements for subordinates.
