GS-15: You qualify at the GS-15 grade level if you possess one (1) year of specialized experience, equivalent to at least the GS-14 level in the federal government, which has equipped you with the skills needed to successfully perform the duties of the position. You must have experience performing the following duties: Developing the product vision and strategy for the creation, implementation and/or utilization of digital platforms, (such as the Systematic Alien Verification for Entitlements (SAVE) or E-verify), that provide services to agencies or the general public.
Leading a cross-functional team to execute the delivery or integration of highly complex digital products or services.
Serving as the principal advisor to senior leadership in analyzing and developing organizational policies, program improvements, and short- and long-range plans.
