Qualification Summary
Bachelor’s degree in Technical communication or a related field and three years of direct or related experience, OR an appropriate combination of education and experience that demonstrates possession of the knowledge and skill equivalent to that gained in the above, OR appropriate experience that demonstrates possession of the knowledge, skills, and abilities equivalent to that gained in the above. Experience working with military services, DoD, or Federal agencies in sexual assault, public health, or related field is preferred. The ideal candidate will be able to follow the Naval Correspondence Manual or a related style guide to produce documentation; possess excellent grammar, proofing, and interpersonal skills; be able to coordinate content development with subject matter experts and program managers; and have experience corresponding on congressional or legislative matters.
