BASIC REQUIREMENTS: 4 years of extensive experience managing complex, multi-unit food and beverage operations. Must be able to accommodate a flexible work schedule to include weekends, holidays, and night time. Skills/experience/certification as an Executive Chef is highly desired, but not required. Ability to provide leadership and depth of knowledge to a diverse management and hourly staff; provide direction for training, guidance, development and supervision. Strong customer service skills, with demonstrated success in developing a team that is customer oriented. Extensive fiscal management experience to include developing and managing budgets, P&L, fiscal analysis and utilization of data to make effective business decisions and strong knowledge in standard costing for food and beverage operations. Knowledge and ability in implementing new concepts in club programs and services from inception to delivery and developing creative and innovative approaches to improve and modify club operations. Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, including ability to communicate effectively with the military community, employees, and executive management. Highly developed organizational skills, including ability to manage multiple and often conflicting priorities, meet deadlines and proactively address operational needs. Strong computer skills in Microsoft Programs to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. to present a variety of statistical data and reports. This activity is a Drug-free workplace.
