Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Formulate, prioritize, and execute diverse/complex elements of air terminal operation to ensure efficiency and productivity; 2) Advise and direct decisions that support ground operations on a large airfield; 3) Formulate programs to enforce air transportation regulations, policies and procedures; and 4) Utilize computer systems to maintain efficient air terminal operations.
