Your resume must demonstrate one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS/GG-07) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing some or all of the following duties: 1) Monitoring and patrolling perimeters (e.g., on foot or motor vehicle) to prevent unauthorized access.
2) Identifying traffic or personnel by performing access control duties ( e.g. inspect identification cards, badges, and vehicle decals).
3) Apprehending or detaining suspects violating laws and regulations.
4) Conducting criminal and security investigations in accordance with Federal and State laws and applicable regulations. LAW ENFORCEMENT TRAINING (LET):
All applicants must be a graduate of a Federal Law Enforcement Training Academy or a Department of the Navy-accepted accredited Police Academy.
