GS-09: One year of specialized experience, equivalent to the GS-07 grade level in the Federal service, obtained in either the private or public sector, which includes: marketing through outreach, training and education to various organizations; and participating in outreach, training, presentations and education on a variety of business management and financial management topics; and providing support to senior staff to maintain alliances and partnerships with a variety of partners; These qualifications must be clearly referenced in your resume. GS-11: One year of specialized experience, equivalent to the GS-09 grade level in the Federal service, obtained in either the private or public sector, which includes: assisting in the development of marketing strategies for programs and services for growth and development of a customer base; and delivering outreach, training, presentations and education on a variety of business management, financial management or lending topics related to small business; and managing collaborative alliances and partnerships with a variety of business development partners; These qualifications must be clearly referenced in your resume.
