Your experience must reflect skills in the following areas: attention to detail, customer service, oral communication, and problem solving.
1. Attention to Detail- IT related experience. Performs work and conscientious about attending to detail.
2. Customer Service- IT related experience. Works with clients and customers to assess their needs, provide information or assistance, resolve their problems, or satisfy their expectations; knows about available products and services; is committed to providing quality products and services.
3. Oral Communication – IT related experience. Expresses information to individuals or groups effectively, taking into account the audience and nature of the information; makes clear and convincing oral presentations; listens to others, attends to nonverbal cues, and responds appropriately.
4. Problem Solving- IT related experience. Identifies problems; determines accuracy and relevance of information; uses sound judgment to generate and evaluate alternatives, and to make recommendations. NO-2210-05: Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Oversees cyber security requirements, Information Assurance, Risk Management Framework and information systems security engineering; Evaluates, analyzes, and implements network security solutions and emerging security technologies. Performs vulnerability detection, assessment, and/or exploitation including accurately identifying vulnerable applications and systems and making risk determination. Manages tools for vulnerability assessments (ACAS, STIGs, SRGs, SCAP, XCCDF, HBSS etc.) including generation of reports based on established guidance.
