In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Serving as a Source Selection Board member, evaluating contractor past performance, price, experience and technical ability; 2) Evaluating contractor’s cost estimating and accounting systems and identifies factors affecting contractor’s costs using historical statistical cost data, reports from auditors or technical specialists, and contractor cost breakdowns regarding labor, materials, overhead and profit; 3) Evaluating audit reports, regulations, and other relevant material as a basis for formulating guidelines, implementing new developments, and providing policy interpretation to subordinate contracting activities.
