Qualification Summary
You must meet the following requirements by the closing date of this announcement.GS-13 LEVEL:You must have 1 year of specializedexperience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal service. Specialized experience for this position includes: experience that demonstrated the ability to manage multiple assignments that required a wide range of knowledge of program oversight; qualitative and quantitative methods; planning policies and procedures; negotiation techniques; and oral and written communications; and a knowledge of computer applications sufficient to prepare written reports, spreadsheets, and flowcharts; Examples may include assignments where you performed a range of project management principles, practices, methods, and techniques; conducted analysis of issues broad in nature, and/or of strategic importance; developed new approaches and/or refined existing techniques; and/or developed and implemented policies with organizational impact.-The experience may have been gained in the publicsector,privatesector or Volunteer Service. One year of experience refers to full-time work; part-time work is considered on a prorated basis.-To ensure full credit for your work experience, please indicate dates of employment by month/year, and indicate number of hours worked per week, on your resume.
In addition to the above requirements, you must meet the following, if applicable:You must have been at the GS-12 level for 52 weeks (time-in-grade requirement).
