Qualification Summary
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-11/12) or pay band (DP-04) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1)Providing project management and execution support in areas of cost, schedule, performance, and risk assessment, monitoring, and reporting for all aspects of international programs; 2) Researching and drafting policy that bolsters international security cooperation through the establishment of new international agreements and effectively utilizes existing international agreements including developing strategies to highlight areas of mutual interest that warrant cooperation initiatives between the U.S. and foreign partners; 3) Providing technical and policy inputs to internal and external stakeholders, sponsors, and industry partners in support of national disclosure policy decisions, export license approval, and the implementation and development of new disclosure policy related to various International Programs; and 4) Providing leadership to a multidisciplinary team that supports Major Defense Acquisition Programs, and executes multiple international agreements, including Project Arrangements, Data/Information Exchange Agreements, International Working Groups, and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) cases.
