To qualify for this position, applicants must meet all requirements by the closing date of this announcement, 05/18/2021. To qualify for this position, applicants must meet all requirements by the closing date of this announcement, 05/18/2021.Time-In-Grade Requirement: Applicants who are current Federal employees and have held a GS grade any time in the past 52 weeks must also meet time-in-grade requirements by the closing date of this announcement. For a GS-09 position you must have served 52 weeks at the GS-07. If the most recent SF-50 has an effective date within the past year, it may not clearly demonstrate you possess one-year time-in-grade, as required by the announcement. In this instance, you must provide an additional SF-50 that clearly demonstrates one-year time-in-grade. OR, Education: Applicants may substitute education for the required experience. For the GS-09, to qualify based on education for this grade level you must have a master’s or equivalent degree or two full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree. Note: the work of the Program Analyst (Clinic Profile Manger) is sufficiently technical or specialized, therefore, graduate education alone may not provide the knowledge, and/or skill to perform the work. Course work must be related and clearly provides applicants with the background of knowledge and skills necessary for successful job performance. OR, Combination: Applicants may also combine education and experience to qualify at this level. For the GS-09, you must have an combination of specialized experience and education beyond one full year (18 semester hours) of graduate level education may be combined with specialized experience to qualify for this position at grades GS-9. Such education must demonstrate the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary for the position. Completed course work must be related and clearly provides applicants with the background of knowledge and skills necessary for successful job performance. Physical Requirements: Regular and recurring work is mostly sedentary involving sitting at a desk, although the position requires the ability to move from one geographic location of the facility to another. The incumbent works with a computer screen and keyboard. Some physical effort such as standing, walking, bending or prolonged sitting may be required. The incumbent may be exposed to walking to outlying areas. The work places no special physical demands on the employee.
