Qualification Summary
In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-12/13) or pay band (DP-04) in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector as a professional engineer or scientist. Specialized experience includes duties related to the following: 1) Experience in project/program management, weapon and aircraft operational test analysis, as well as demonstrated knowledge of integrating and employing weapon systems across multiple platforms; 2) Applying Navy/Marine Corps operational concepts; 3) Applying operational test and evaluation, including developing test plans, conducting tests, analyzing test data, and reporting test results; 4) Applying Navy tactical air mission threads and Concepts of Operations (CONOPs); 5) Demonstrated knowledge of mission level and engagement level analysis of platform/weapon systems.
