Specialized Experience: To qualify based on your work experience, your resume must describe at least one year of experience which prepared you to do the work in this job. Specialized Experience is defined as: detailed experience with procedures and requirements to formulate, edit, consolidate, and justify budget estimates, and adjust data in related forms and schedules to execute the command’s budget; work with various appropriations, ensure that command programs are financed correctly; and organizing and analyzing financial data to develop recommendations concerning budget estimates and allocation of resources. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-11). You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas:
