Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: *Experience evaluating complex elements involving multiple modes, media and sites through knowledge of networks, communication connectivity and management analysis principles. *Experience implementing environmental control measures, risk assessments and quantitative justification of physical controls backup and recovery of the network. *Experience planning contingency for events such as fault disruption to fire, water, smoke and electrical problems to disaster recovery. *Experience in making recommendation in the current state-of-the art telecommunication, IT and Video Teleconferencing (VTC) hardware/software; that result in the greatest reduction of risk for the least total cost. Your experience must reflect skill in the following areas: attention to detail, customer service, oral communication, and problem solving.
