Qualification Summary
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-07) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience installing, monitoring, troubleshooting, and repairing end user hardware components; Experience providing advice and assistance and troubleshoots complex problems to minimize interruptions; Experience responding to a variety of failures to devise recovery plans for system failures; Experience utilizing Remedy Service Desk to track work in the form of Incident and Request tickets; Experience creating and maintaining documentation in SharePoint shared across the Service Desk team, as well as authoring Techniques, Tactics, and Procedures (TTP) for standardized Service Desk processes. My experience in the information technology field has equipped me with skill in the following areas: attention to detail, customer service, oral communication, and problem solving.
