Qualification Summary
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Installing, testing, operating, troubleshooting and maintenance of hardware and software systems; 2) Resolving hardware/software interface and interoperability problems through the use of systems diagnostic tools and fault identification techniques; and 3) Managing the rigorous application of information security/information assurance policies, principles and practices in the delivery of systems administration services. My experience in the information technology field has equipped me with skill in the following areas: attention to detail, customer service, oral communication, and problem solving.
