To qualify for the DE-04 position, applicants must possess at least one year of specialized experience at the next lower payband of DE-03 which includes the ability to lead, coach, mentor and challenge teammates. Experience in providing guidance and direction in Resource Management and Budget Analysis; communicate financial plans, execution, and resource management processes to all levels within and outside of the organization; Review policies and regulations; Experience in providing program analysis related to financial management/cost estimating programs; and maintain a responsive financial management program.
