Qualification Summary
To qualify for the EQUAL EMPLOYMENT SPECIALIST, GS-0501-07, your resume must demonstrate at least one full year (52 weeks) of specialized experience equivalent to the level of difficulty and responsibility to that of the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: For GS-7: Experience and knowledge in developing and presenting training to groups of 20 or more at all levels of a workforce. Experience and knowledge with drafting formal correspondence. Experience and knowledge in analyzing facts, identifying problems, reporting findings, and making conclusions or other appropriate actions to solve difficult problems. Experience and knowledge in accepting, investigating, and settling complaints and the legal rights and obligations of the parties. To qualify for the EQUAL EMPLOYMENT SPECIALIST, GS-0501-09, your resume must demonstrate at least one full year (52 weeks) of specialized experience equivalent to the level of difficulty and responsibility to that of the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: For GS-9: Experience and knowledge in developing and presenting training to groups of 20 or more at all levels of a workforce. Experience and knowledge with drafting formal correspondence. Experience and knowledge in analyzing facts, identifying problems, reporting findings, and making conclusions or other appropriate actions to solve difficult problems. Experience and knowledge in accepting, investigating, and settling complaints and the legal rights and obligations of the parties. Experience and knowledge of managing, developing, monitoring assigned EEO programs as required and determine resource requirements, prepare instructions and notices and publicize EEO programs using a variety of media sources.
