You must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13in the Federal service. Specialized experience isexperience assisting in the administration, direction and management of property management functions. Such experience must have prepared the applicant to lead a business line function and supervise associates in implementing the vision, mission and goals of an organization. Experience should include: assisting in the establishment of organizational structure and allocating workforce and financial allocations; formulating and executing property management business strategies; and evaluating property management programs in terms of operational procedures, work flow and overall effectiveness.
