GS-12: You qualify at the GS-12level if you possess one (1) year of specialized experience, which is equivalent to at least the GS-11 level in the federal government, that equipped you with the skills needed to successfully perform the duties of the position. You must have experience performing the following duties: Processing FOIA/PA requests from initial evaluation to final document release or denial;
Monitoring quality and timeliness of FOIA responses;
Coaching, mentoring and/or evaluating employee performance;
Establishing and communicating work goals to make efficient use of available resources and providing technical direction on complex issues and resolving differences of opinion on the handling of FOIA/PA cases. The assessments for this job will measure: Accountability
