Qualification Summary
You must meet the following requirements by the closing date of this announcement.
Specialized Experience:For theGS-14, you must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to theGS-13grade level in the Federal service. Specialized experience for this position includes:
– Performing a wide range of qualitative and or quantitative methods for the assessment and improvement of management processes and systems;AND- Conducting data research and analysis of policies, regulations and inquiries directed to the Office;AND- Writing technical policy papers and reports that include controversial issues and presenting them;AND- Leading the development of new guidance, Notices or regulations, or the development and/or implementation of new policies, processes, or protocols.Specialized Experience:For theGS-13, you must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to theGS-12grade level in the Federal service. Specialized experience for this position includes:
– Performing a wide range of qualitative and or quantitative methods for the assessment and improvement of program requirements, processes and systems;AND- Conducting data research and analysis of policies, regulations and inquiries directed to the Office;AND- Writing technical policy papers and reports that include controversial issues and presenting them;AND- Collaborating with program officials, residents, Federal, state, local government officials, or citizen groups on a variety of housing project technical matters.
