To qualify for the GS-07 grade level your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-06 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience performing computer data input, statistical information gathering and report generation to support operations Experience researching collecting, and analyzing data from multiple sources regarding Access-to-Care programs to improve Military Treatment Facilities (MTF) or clinic healthcare services Experience assisting department or clinic managers in formulating clinic goals regarding access, volume, patient demand, and staffing Experience training staff on healthcare system booking procedures, appointment standardization, and access improvement initiatives to support an efficient office workflow .To qualify for the GS-06 grade level your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience assessing clinic operations and appointment utilization patterns to identify bottlenecks and to maximize use of available resources Experience setting up practices for providers and staff designed to support office workflow Experience monitoring and reviewing clinic schedules and templates to maximize patient access Experience coordinating briefings, training, and educational requirements related to Access-to-care Additional qualification information can be found from the following Office of Personnel Management website:
