Specialized Experience (Credit for Specialized Experience on resume must reflect 40 hours/Full-time per week for each period of work): GS-14: You must have one (1) year of specialized experience that has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position, and that is typically in or related to the work of the position to be filled. To be creditable, specialized experience must have been equivalent to at least the GS-13 level in the Federal Government. Specialized experience include: Experience as a subject matter expert in developing key sectoral and industry/business relationships, including with lenders, non-bank financial institutions and exporters in the industrial, manufacturing, and construction sectors with respect to specialized medium-term transactions including dealer finance, leasing operations, co-financing, Islamic finance and commodities financing; Experience in analyzing and underwriting diverse corporate finance transactions, including asset-backed transactions involving the export of vehicles and construction equipment for leasing and distributorships and medium-term financing of commodities; and Experience with EXIM Bank programs, policies, and procedures, the OECD Arrangement, IFRS accounting standards, non-bank financial institutions, Federal agencies and/or multilateral agency frameworks. Education cannot be substituted for experience at the GS-14 grade level.
