You must demonstrate at least one (1) year of the defined Specialized Experience and meet the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) Individual Occupational Requirements (IOR).
GS-15: You qualify at the GS-15 level (starting salary $144,128) if you have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-14 level performing such duties as serving as a senior advisor and strategist to executives and senior leadership on a range of equal employment opportunity programs, activities and initiatives; implementing policies and programs that result in fairness and equity in the workplace; and developing and conducting training in the areas of EEO, Diversity and Inclusion, Anti-Harassment, and other EEO-related trainings.
