Applicants must meet all qualifications and eligibility requirements by the closing date of the announcement 02/02/2021 including time-in-grade restrictions, specialized experience and/or education, as defined below. Time in grade: Applicants must have one year of specialized experience at the next lower grade to be considered for the next higher grade (e.g. one year at the GS-09 grade level for consideration for the GS-11 grade level.) For the GS-11 level: Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree OR 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.M., if related OR One full-time year (12 months) of specialized work experience equivalent in difficulty and responsibility to the GS-9 level in the Federal service. Experience that demonstrates providing administrative support to coordinate priorities, commitments and program goals of an office. This includes providing assistance for administrative support services, management analysis, personnel management, and Human Resources. OR A combination of education and experience as listed above. For GS-12 level: One full-time year of specialized work experience equivalent in difficulty and responsibility to the GS-11 level in the Federal service. Experience that demonstrates providing administrative support to coordinate priorities, commitments and program goals of an office. This includes providing Technical assistance for administrative support services, management analysis, personnel management, and Human Resources.
