Qualification Summary
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Administering sealift programs relevant to ocean transportation (i.e., dry cargo, ocean tugs, oilers and special project operations); 2) Directing and coordinating operational matters concerning the loading, discharging, routing and mailing of controlled dry cargo and tanker vessels; 3) Planning and directing cargo and bulk petroleum movements (i.e., embarkation and debarkation, dry and liquid cargo loading and discharge); 4) Planning, developing oil spill policy, prevention, reporting and clean up procedures for marine vessels.
