Qualification Summary
GS-13: You qualify for the GS-13 grade level if you possess one of the following: One year of specialized experience, equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal service with experience in the following duties: 1) providing consultation services and staff regarding training solutions; 2) managing the administrative aspects of training processes, including managing facilities, equipment, registration and course attendance, and 3) developing training materials for customers and external stakeholders. GS-14: You qualify for the GS-14 grade level if you possess one of the following: One year of specialized experience, equivalent to the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service 1) providing consultation services and staff regarding training solutions; 2) managing the administrative aspects of training processes, including managing facilities, equipment, registration and course attendance; 3) participating in the management of regulatory supervisory training and development programs; and 4) developing guidance and interpretation of higher level directives and/or policies. National Service Experience (i.e., volunteer experience): Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Qualifications Must Be Met The qualification requirements listed above must be met by the closing date of this announcement.
