To qualify based on your resume, the resume must describe at least one year of specialized experience which includes and prepared you to do the work in this job. Specialized experience is defines as: Experience researching regulations, policies, and making recommendations on officer personnel management policy revision. Experience in writing and submitting proposed changes to regulatory material with justification. Experience using a variety of automated systems to compile, retrieve, create, and compose information. Please be clear and specific when describing your experience. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the Federal service (GS-09).
