Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Managing a staffing, recruitment, and placement program or team of HR practitioners that provide staffing, recruitment, and placement services. Experience must include analyzing and interpreting HR regulations, policies, and processes to provide advice on staffing, recruitment and placement problems, and managing performance metrics.
