Qualification Summary
You must meet the following requirements within 30 calendar days after the closing date of this announcement:
You must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the NB-IV band level or GS-11 grade level in the Federal service. Examples of specialized experience for this position include: Knowledge of performance management principles, operations, and policies in order identifyand/or resolve performance management problems or issues. AND
Providing guidance, recommendations, analysis or work method improvement relating to performance management, in order to enhance organizational effectiveness, improvement and performance. The experience may have been gained in the public sector, private sector, or through volunteer service. One year of experience refers to full-time work; part-time work is considered on a prorated basis.
