The video talks about a college student, who is separated from his girlfriend, who also studies in his class. Sukoon… (peace) is not available to him and he is sad. He had decided to contest the college elections, previously. But, now he is not interested in it. He is also not able to concentrate on what is being said in the class. It is not clear where his beloved has gone or is she dead, which gives impetus to his taking the extreme step in the end. I will not say what he does.
