Antakshari with Talat Mahmood

Today’s post is Antakshari with Talat Mahmood. This article is the continuation of the game of Antakshari with Neeti Mohan that I had posted last week. Talat Mahmood is still called the King of Ghazals several years after his death. His first song was recorded way back in 1941. This Padma Bhushan awardee’s velvety voice was a regular inclusion in the compositions of several music composers like Chitragupt. He had sung approximately 750 songs in his career spanning 4 decades between the 1940s and 1980s. These songs were in 12 languages including Bollywood songs.
