Raj Kumar (Rajendra Kumar) has dreams of a prosperous life. Soon after completing his graduation, he finds that his mother (Sulochana Latkar) had struggled for many years to educate him. He serves her during his vacation post his results. This song is heard in the background at this point in the movie.

The music of this song was composed by S D Burman and the lyrics were penned by Majrooh Sultanpuri.

The song goes thus, “O Mother, my world revolves around you.”

The video begins with Rajendra Kumar thanking Sulochana Latkar. The song begins in the background. The credits also begin. The visuals of a church are shown. A picture of little Krishna with his adopted mother Yashodha is also seen.

Rajendra Kumar places his head on Sulochana Latkar’s feet. He touches her feet during prayer and she tells him to worship God, instead. When she is feeding him, he tells her that he’s had enough. She lifts her hand to slap him and he eats the food proffered.

He places his head on her lap and reads a book as she cuts vegetables, picking at a few slices to eat them. She massages his head before he takes a bath. He helps her in her routine activities. Soon, the song peters out and the video ends as he leaves for the city.
