In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1. Utilizing a limited range of contract types, such as fixed- price or cost reimbursement and required clauses and special provisions, to plan and carry out the procurement and to recommend award; 2. Perform price analysis sufficient to review contractor proposals and bids, and to perform analyses using previous price history, commercial price lists, market prices, or technical catalogs to assure reasonableness of prices; 3. Perform formal advertising and negotiated bid procedures sufficient to obtain specialized supplies, equipment, services, or construction for the activity, agency, or agencies, including skill in techniques to negotiate contract prices and terms with contractors.
