To qualify for this position you must meet the Specialized Experience for the series/grade to which you are applying. Specialized Experience To qualify for the GS-14, you must possess at least one full year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 level in the Federal service, or comparable experience not gained through Federal service. Specialized experience is experience that equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position, and that is typically in or related to the work of the position to be filled. Specialized experience is defined as demonstrated experience: Working with multiple stakeholders in building consensus and communicating outcomes of decisions made related to an automated finance and/or business management system; Providing leadership to a team, branch, or group; Developing presentation materials and conducting meetings, briefings or conferences for high-level stakeholders as well as business system users; AND Advising leadership regarding the best course of action on functional and business process items related to production, training and/or security actions relating to acquisitions and financial assistance projects to include feasibility, risk, schedule, or resource constraints. Must meet all four.
