Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1. Developing long range plans, policies and goals for utilities (power, water, sewage, natural gas) and energy and water conservation; 2. Providing technical support for the development of contracts to support utility systems and application of business management systems for improvement of utilities management; 3. Developing specifications for new or modified systems concerning utility requirements; 4. Providing guiadance on planning, budgeting and cost management, operations and personnel training/management for utilities management programs.
