Qualification Summary
Specialized Experience for the GS-13One year of experience in either federal or non-federal service that is equivalent to at least a GS-12 performing all three (3) of the following duties or work assignments:
1. Experience gathering and assessing organizational information to consult with management officials.2. Experience interpreting trends and analyzing engagement or workforce data to make recommendations for organizational improvements.3. Experience conducting analyses and best practice research; completing process mapping and developing and recommending options for improving the level of employment engagement gained in the federal government, public sector, private sector or through volunteer service. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs) The quality of your experience will be measured by the extent to which you possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities (KSAs). You do not need to provide separate narrative responses to these KSAs, as they will be measured by your responses to the occupational questionnaire (you may preview the occupational questionnaire by clicking the link at the end of the Evaluations section of this vacancy announcement).1. Knowledge using data to monitor employee satisfaction and internal trends.2. Skill in applying analytical and evaluative methods and techniques to issues or studies concerning the efficiency and effectiveness of program operations or substantive administrative support functions and organization structures.3. Skill in adapting analytical techniques and evaluation criteria to measure and improve program effectiveness/organizational productivity.
