Specialized Experience for the GS-13One year of experience in either federal or non-federal service that is equivalent to at least a GS-12 performing all three (3) of the following duties or work assignments:
1. Experience gathering and assessing organizational information to consult with management officials.2. Experience interpreting trends and analyzing engagement or workforce data to make recommendations for organizational improvements.3. Experience conducting analyses and best practice research; completing process mapping and developing and recommending options for improving the level of employment engagement gained in the federal government, public sector, private sector or through volunteer service. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs) The quality of your experience will be measured by the extent to which you possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities (KSAs).
