GS-09: Your resume must demonstrate at least one (1) year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-07 grade level in the Federal service obtained in either the private or public sector performing the following type of work and/or tasks: Collecting and analyzing data for community water and sewer systems for design of new construction or improvements to existing facilities. Utilizing modeling software to complete construction drawings. Prepares technical specifications of construction documents. Process progress payments to contractors. Gather daily construction notes and compile into a weekly report for distribution. OR, a master’s degree or equivalent graduate degree OR, completed 2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to a master’s degree in a related field. You must meet all qualification requirements within 30 days of the closing date of the announcement.
