Qualification Summary
Applicants must have 52 weeks of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level,GS-12, in the Federal Service. Specialized experience is experience in or directly related to the line of work of the position being filledand which has equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position.SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE FOR GS-0343-13: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-12), in the Federal service.Specialized experience includes demonstrated work experience in all of the following: Collecting, analyzing, and reporting data, including data related to ETA funded grant financial and performance reporting and information impacting ETA funded grant performance such as labor market information, economic trend data, and participant characteristics, and drawing defensible conclusions;
Analyzing, interpreting, and reporting on a variety of qualitative and quantitative data related to ETA funded grants, contracts, or other programs to identify opportunities for improvement and support and improve the overall operations of ETA-funded programs and the workforce system;
Ensuring ETA funded grantees deliver agreed upon products and services, achieve negotiated performance outcomes, and operate in accordance with programmatic, administrative, and budgetary requirements; and
Providing technical assistance and training to ETA funded grantees in planning, operation, and management of grant requirements.
