Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience at the NH-03 level in the Federal Service that includes (1) Review and analyze organizational elements to recommend plans and major changes to special projects, mission requirements, etc.; (2) Direct the development, execution, and review of formal program and workload forecast schedules/ programs consistent with established plans and policies (i.e. procurement requirements, funding, etc.) to mitigate changes and revisions thereto; (3) Brief agencies and commands of program developments that affect distribution, logistics, and support planning to include required planning for special maintenance or support facilities; (4) Interpret technical policy, procedures and regulations to ensure adherence to schedules and priorities; and (5) Brief leadership or key officials on program status and evaluate policies and proposals involving the assumption of new logistics support missions or programs You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas:
