Qualification Summary
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience with planning, directing, and coordinating financial operations as well as formulation and application of financial policy. Experience providing accounting and analysis of all financial programs, procedures, requirements, and reporting techniques used to maintain control and accountability of appropriated funds. Experience demonstrating knowledge of ship repair industry and related policies, programs, organization and technical operations. Experience with providing advice, assistance, and technical guidance to upper echelon on policies and programs relating to financial management.
