In addition to the Basic Education Requirement, you must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade, which has equipped you with the particular competencies needed to successfully perform the duties of the position described above. To qualify for the GS-12:Specialized experience includes participating on a team or in a group working with structural dynamics or aeroelastic analysis, ground tests, and/or flight testing. To qualify for the GS-13:Specialized experience includes (1) working with structural dynamics or aeroelastic analysis, ground tests, and/or flight testing; (2) conducting component level evaluations, analyzing design specifications and drawing to support recommended changes to enable proper functioning of the system or equipment.Your resume must include a clear and detailed narrative description, in your own words, of how you meet the required specialized experience.
