Qualifying experience may have been acquired in any public or private sector job, but will clearly demonstrate past experience in the application of the particular competencies/knowledge, skills and abilities necessary to successfully perform the duties of the position. Specialized experience required for this position is: Analyzing requirements, legislation or regulations, effectiveness, functions and activities, and proposed changes; evaluating and advising administrative support systems and work distribution; identifying data and resources; developing analyses, policies, data, management plans, procedures, and standards; and researching and reviewing business practices, efficiency, and management. Tracking and maintaining manning documents and manpower requirements by applying manpower initiatives to ensure compliance. Using strategic human resource planning to improve business value with recruitment determination and performance evaluation. Specifically you will be evaluated on the following competencies:
1. Management Analysis Conducts research and solves organizational inefficiencies to increase the effectiveness of the organization. 2. Manpower A process of managing the distribution and proper mix of personnel and positions through accurate analysis, tracking and maintenance of manning documents and manpower requirements. Applies manpower initiatives to ensure compliance and meet the workforce needs of an organization. 3. Personnel Support Performing administrative work in the following broad functional areas: Human resources management to include tracking manning levels, recruitment determination and performance evaluation and administration. 4. Talent Management Science of using strategic human resource planning to improve business value and to make it possible for companies and organizations to reach their goals.
