Qualification Summary
Applicants must have 52 weeks of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level, GS-13, in the Federal Service.
Specialized experience is that equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and actual experience to perform successfully the duties of the position, and that is typically in or related to the work of the position.
Examples of specialized experience include: Management of Youth Training Programs; Residential Living Programs; Education Programs; Occupational or VocationalTraining Programs; Recruitment and Assignment Services; Job Placement and Development Services; or Residential Facilities Management.
Reviewing and evaluating youth education and training proposals and/or plans, for technical accuracy to meet contractual requirements.
Contract Financial Management and Procurement Process.
Conducting on-site and desk reviews and monitoring, as well as leading a team conducting an assessment of operations provided through a cost reimbursement and/or firm fixed price contract
Experience writing policy guidance on technical issues; complex narrative reports conveying technical, contractual, and/or financial findings.
Ability to develop others to perform and contribute to the organization.
Serving as the Contracting Officer Representative and conducting Contract Administration duties.
