Qualification Summary
This position requires the ability to type at least 40 words per minute. Your response to the typing skill question on the Occupational Questionnaire will be used in your qualification determination. Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-06 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Utilizing computer management systems to schedule the maintenance and repair of physical facilities; 2) Establishing and maintaining records, flies, and/or reference publications in order to prepare reports and provide information; 3) Scheduling and coordinating the usage of facilities, spaces, units and equipment; and 4) Assisting in the inspection of facilities and monitoring of contractual services performed.
