Qualification Summary
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector which requires applying a conventional knowledge of both Facilities Management program goals, objectives, work processes , requirements, administrative operations, and resources as well as applying management principles, practices and techniques in order to participate in studies that analyze, evaluate, and provide advice concerning efficiency and effectiveness of building facility maintenance operations, office space and workstation requirements, property and equipment accountability and use of database management software and information management systems in support of these functions. I also have experience apply contracting regulations and procedures related to Contracting Officer Representative (COR) responsibilities. Specialized experience must include the following; 1) Participate in Facility Oversight: identify, plan and execute facility maintenance and repair actions, coordinate preventive maintenance and prepare statements of work in support of minor maintenance and repair; 2) Develop, analyze and maintain spreadsheets and data bases in support of facilities oversight; 3) Utilize a knowledge of Unified Facilities Guide (UFC) specifications associated with space management and Basic Facilities Requirements (BFR) to develop and maintain building floor plans and furniture drawings using AUTOCAD or equivalent drafting software; 4) Account for and ensure safekeeping of government property and equipment in accordance with Property and Equipment Management regulations; and 5) Perform contractor oversight and payment using Wide Area Workflow or Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment or similar systems.
