Qualification Summary
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Developing solutions to cybersecurity and network issues; 2) Recommending hardware and software upgrades to increase performance of Information Technology (IT) systems; 3) Managing IT projects by developing project plans, prioritizing the work and implementing project activities; and 4) Conducting security evaluations and audits on systems and networks to determine compliance with IT policies and procedures. Your experience must reflect skill in the following areas: attention to detail, customer service, oral communication, and problem solving.
