Qualification Summary
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of (GS-06) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing complex supply work which requires the application of thorough technical knowledge of inventory and material management, receipt processing, excessing, receiving, warehousing, and utilizing automated supply and inventory Data Processing Systems in NALCOMIS (Naval Aviation Logistics Command Management. Information System) and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) to conduct investigations. Perform causative research for inventory discrepancies, review transaction histories, receipt documents in order to resolve and determine the cause of discrepancies. Examples of specialized experience may include; 1) Plan and prepare physical inventory schedules and location survey of Navy Stock Account (NSA) and/or Aviation Depot Level Repairable (AVDLR) material utilizing NALCOMIS and ERP; 2) Prepare necessary computer inputs by establishing opening and closing dates for physical inventories, actual physical counts, matching counts with records, performing recounts and preparing adjustment inputs; 3) Coordinate and conduct scheduled inventory, unscheduled(SPOT) inventory, and location survey to minimize disruption of operations and ensure accuracy of inventory or location audit; 4) Conduct investigations of inventory discrepancies, researching transactions through the supply cycle, and provide comprehensive reports of findings and recommendations for corrective actions within NALCOMIS and ERP.
