Qualification Summary
Only experience and education obtained by the closing date of this announcement will be considered. GS-11 Qualification Requirements
You must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-09 grade level in the Federal service. Specialized experience for the GS-11 level position includes experience: managing assets in a complex asset management database. Specialized experience also includes experience in researching, analyzing, evaluating, and interpreting broad guidance and regulations to formulate and implement program guidance. OR Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree OR 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree OR LL.M., if related. Such education must demonstrate the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work. OR a combination of specialized experience and the graduate education described above. GS-12 Qualifications
You must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-11 grade level in the Federal service. Specialized experience for the GS-12 level position includes experience: managing assets in a complex asset management database; researching, analyzing, evaluating, and interpreting broad guidance and regulations to formulate and implement program guidance; and providing property advisory services to a large organization. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
